Our client is looking to employ a Sales Operations Co-ordinator.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage Sales Fulfilment for all inbound and partnership channels / sales initiatives
- Ensure all incoming leads are optimally managed
- Manage lead quality / duplicates
- Allocate leads to sales executives /manage capacity
- Track progress on leads loaded /escalate leads neglected
- Bring in Partnership Managers into deals which will benefit from support
- Channel Management support / stakeholder feedback
- Partner affiliate code creation and maintenance
- Lead form upgrades and quality assurance
- Weekly feedback on lead quality
- Monthly feedback on channel performance and sales performance.
- Ensure collateral /campaigns are delivered
- Identify old unsuccessful applications/ investigate and allocate
- Referral program management
- Track SE lead provider activity
- Support the co-ordination of events and walk-in activities
- Manage contracts for unique solutions
- Send offers, generate contracts, sign contracts
- Approve disbursements
- Check-in on collections and ensure all funded deals are collecting as expected
- Trouble shoot, escalate and manage resolution on sales operational issues.
Requirements:
- Matric
- Degree or related in Business Management, Commerce or similar.
- 2-5 years of experience within a Sales Operations role/FinTech experience
- 2-5 years of administrative experience
- Sales experience
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience (advantageous)
