Key qualifications and experience required for the Head of Investments:

- Postgraduate Degree in Finance, Investments, Actuarial Sciences or similar






- Fully qualified CFA
- 10 - 15 years' experience within the investment sector
- Proven leadership experience
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment strategies
- Systems knowledge: Bloomberg, FactSet, EquitiesRT (to name a few)

Key duties of the Head of Investments:

- Develop and implement investment strategies that align with the company's business goals
- Manage and oversee the company's portfolio of investments
- Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts
- Work closely with the CEO to set the company's overall investment strategy
- Monitor market trends and adjust investment strategies as necessary
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

- Proactive, taking initiative to identify and address challenges before they become problems
- Ability to make informed decisions under pressure
- Strong ability to work collaboratively and working effectively with others






- Able to think strategically and develop a plan of action that aligns with the organisation's
