We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a CV Typist / Data Capturer.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in recruitment administration, working directly with our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Placement Partner.
Key Responsibilities:

- Typing and formatting CVs from various sources into our professional template.
- Uploading CVs and candidate profiles to our ATS, Placement Partner.
- Ensuring accurate data entry and updating candidate information on the system.






- Assisting recruitment consultants by organising candidate details, performing data accuracy checks, and managing CV records.
- Supporting document management by creating, editing, and filing candidate-related documents.
- Maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate and client data.
- Working closely with the recruitment team to ensure smooth communication between candidates and consultants.

Requirements:

- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Strong organisational abilities and an eye for detail.
- Experience with ATS systems (such as Placement Partner) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in data capturing or administration is beneficial but not required.
