On a search for an experienced Financial Controller for one of my leading International FMCG company, based in the northern suburbs of Johannesburg.
Job & Company Description:
A multinational FMCG company, with offices in over 40 countries, is currently recruiting for a Financial Controller who will manage a team of 10 subordinates across finance and procurement and report directly to the Group Financial Manager.
The duties of this role include assisting with year end audits, compiling monthly audit files, reviewing the monthly financial pack, managing statutory requirements, fixed asset management, variance analysis, procurement management, cost saving initiatives, negotiating supplier terms,
approving suppliers and creditors, and developing, implementing and monitoring KPA and performance standards.
Education:
- BCom Honours
- Completed SAICA Articles
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- 5 years' experience in a similar role
- FMCG, Manufacturing or Retail
- SAP
- Management experience
- Dealings with procurement department (High Beneficial)
