They play a vital role in maintaining employee records, managing benefits programs, and assisting with HR-related tasks.Duties & ResponsibilitiesBiometrics - loading of new employeesEnsuring payslips are sent out timeouslyEnsuring IRP5's are sent out to all employeesManaging and maintaining the ORG ChartsOnboarding of new employees: coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation,
and trainingEmployee Starter Packs - to be completed as per checklistInduction packs - to be given to all new employeesEnsuring the employee of the month hampers are sent out timeouslyFixed Term Contract requisitions to be completed and signed off by relevant HOD and sent to HOTerminations - assist with offboarding process, including document managementAssisting with WSP submissionsChecking of invoicesCapturing of overtime on ExcelFilingAssisting with any other Ad hoc dutiesDesired Experience & QualificationDiploma or degree in Human Resource Management1 - 2 years' relevant experienceERS Biometrics ExperienceTeamworkDecision makingProblem solvingPackage & RemunerationMarket related.
