As an Equity Analyst, you will be part of the full M&A; process life cycle and infrastructure transactions. You will have the opportunity to be part of a team that grows the business. Duties and Responsibilities: Perform sector research and analysis. Draft information memorandums. Support the preparation of key data for valuations. Assist in creating presentations. Develop and compile financial models. Attend meetings as required. Qualifications & Experience: BCom Finance or Accounting 1-2 years of experience in an infrastructure or M&A; advisory role Relevant experience in analyzing client financial statements, calculating financial ratios,





and building financial models Experience in preparing client documentation, presentation books, management presentations, board materials An understanding of legislation, regulations, and industry codes of practice
