Administer and maintain the Veritas Enterprise Vault Archiving system, ensuring optimal functionality and compliance with organizational policies. Manage on-premise enterprise electronic faxing systems, including faxing to and from SAP ERP systems. Configure and maintain Microsoft Exchange Messaging services, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration between Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and networking components. Manage and apply firewall rules, TCP/IP networking, and OWA (Outlook Web Access) configurations for secure email publishing. Ensure compliance with ITIL practices for incident, problem, and change management. Maintain and update technical documentation for all email archiving and faxing systems. Requirements Qualification: National Diploma/Degree or relevant technical certification (MCSE Messaging) Experience: 8+ years in Microsoft Exchange backend support. Technical Skills: Microsoft Exchange: Expertise in backend management, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Exchange Messaging services. Veritas Enterprise Vault Archiving: Certified and experienced in managing enterprise email archiving solutions using Veritas Enterprise Vault. PowerShell:
