Hire Resolve's client is looking for a Junior IT candidate to join their team in Umhlanga, KZN. They are seeking an enthusiastic individual ready to dive into the world of information technology and make a difference. In this role, you will assist with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems while supporting our esteemed clients in achieving their tech goals.

Responsibilities:

- Delivering exceptional technical support to users, addressing hardware and software issues.
- Helping with the installation and configuration of IT systems and equipment.
- Collaborating with senior team members on exciting IT projects.
- Documenting processes and solutions to enhance team efficiency.






- Maintaining IT equipment inventory and assisting in asset management.
- Keeping abreast of technological advancements and industry best practices.

Requirements:

- A degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Skilful in Windows, Networking, Azure and Linux is an important requirement.
- Basic knowledge of networking, operating systems, and common software applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to group efforts.
- A genuine passion for technology and eagerness to learn and develop professionally
