Financial Controller FinancePretoria - Gauteng - South AfricaOur client, a leading multinational manufacturing company based in South Africa, is seeking a Financial Controller to join their team in Pretoria North to compile and provide accurate and timeous Financial information to Plant Management to make informed business decisions.This is an AA position, preference will be given to African applicants.Requirements:Bachelor of Commerce in Financial AccountingCIMA qualification requiredFinancial knowledge to interpret basic financial statements, dealing with financial month-end, & journalsExperience working in a Tier 1,





OEM environment Key Responsibilities:Provide financial analysis and support to management Monitor and support debtors and creditorsMaintenance of the fixed asset registerControl intercompany balancingReview weekly payrollReview and action Financial variances (Budget / Forecast)& Balance Sheet Account variancesMaintain the plant CAPEX & Tooling ReportsMaintain and Review the Risk RegisterParticipate in the budget/forecast process Prepare budgets and forecasts for plantsPrepare financial reports and returns Prepare general ledger journalsCompile general ledger reconciliationsPrepare and plan Year-end Statutory Audit Calculate landed cost on all import shipmentsInvestigate Purchase Price Variances (PPV)Generate variance report of Actuals to budgeted informationCompile daily stock holding reportOversee Stock TakesAssist with investigating stock count variancesMonitor daily cash positions and cash flows to ensure settlement and maximise performancePrepare financial reports and returnsGenerate information and reports for internal and external useApply for this Job
