- Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $120,859 to $133,183 + super

The role

Our Crown Lands Strategic Partnerships team is currently seeking to appoint a Senior Policy and Project Officer to provide strategic advice, develop partnerships and undertake complex research and analysis for the development, coordination, implementation and review of policies and projects to inform decision making relating to the use and management of land and natural resources in NSW.

What you will bring to the role

- Detailed knowledge and expertise in policy development, implementation and review and ability to understand and interpret a wide variety of legislation and legislative and policy processes.
- Broad understanding of land and natural resource issues and relevant policy and legislative framework.
- Excellent relationship-building, collaboration,





and negotiation skills to ensure policy recommendations are well-informed by a range of perspectives and supported by key stakeholders
- Effective communication skills-both written and verbal-enabling you to present information, insights, and ideas in a clear, persuasive, and audience-appropriate manner.
- Solid time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
