Overview:We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a dynamic team within the financial services sector on an initial 6-month contract. The role involves driving the recruitment process for various departments, including Finance, IT, HR, Legal, and Marketing, to ensure the business attracts and secures top-tier talent. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, a proactive approach to talent sourcing, and strong stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding successful candidates.
- Sourcing Strategies:
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the business support services.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with department heads and HR teams to understand recruitment needs and align hiring processes with business objectives.
- Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and frequently recruited roles.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and talent market movements to ensure competitive recruitment practices.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with internal teams to promote a positive employer brand and ensure a great candidate experience.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition,
preferably within the financial services or corporate environment.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of recruitment processes, market trends, and talent sourcing platforms.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- Attributes: High attention to detail, a proactive and solution-oriented approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
