Assisting with HR administration processes and procedures including recruitment, industrial relations, skills development, and ensuring employment equity and ISO standards compliance.
Qualifications and Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or similar
- 3 years experience in an HR Generalist role, preferably within FMCG or Manufacturing
- Must have exposure working with Unions
- CCMA representation essential
- Experience with MEIBC main agreement and bargaining council
- Driver's License and own transport
Key Performance Areas:
- Recruitment and selection in collaboration with departmental heads
- Employee relations, including disciplinary issues and grievance procedures
- Industrial relations,
including union liaison and representing the company at CCMA
- Serve as Skills Development Facilitator, including WSP/ASP and liaise with MERSETA
- HR Administration including reporting
- Payroll processing
- Employment Equity coordination
