Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced healthcare recruiters to join our team as independent contractors. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing resumes, reaching out to candidates,
and ensuring continuous support for our clients' staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess resumes for qualified healthcare professionals.
- Conduct outreach to candidates for screening and interview scheduling.
- Manage the candidate database, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information.
- Work independently to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Maintain open communication with candidates and clients to support placement needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, with knowledge of the private sector and NHS.
- Own laptop and stable Wi-Fi or fiber internet connection.
- Willingness to work all shifts (day/evening/night) or 8-hour shifts.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
