A leading auction house based in the North of Johannesburg is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Brokers to join their company.
Requirements:

- Proven working experience as a Commercial Real Estate Agent/Property Broker
- Proven track record of successful property sales
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Current EAAB FFC

Responsibilities

- Growth of seller and buyer database in targeted region/areas;
- Promote auction platform as optimal property disposal solution to sellers and buyers;
- Develop networks and co-operate with parties that could refer properties to auction;
- Sourcing and securing of mandates;






- Promote mandated properties to the market and register buyers to bid at auction;
- Continue to enhance knowledge about real estate segments and best practices.
