Essential Skills and Qualifications
- SAP FICO: Deep understanding of SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP configuration, data migration, and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP).
- Business Acumen: Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, business processes, and industry best practices.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Teamwork:
Collaborative approach and willingness to work as part of a cross-functional team.
- ITSM Experience: Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., Remedy) for ticket handling and SLA management.
- Agile Methodology: Understanding of Agile development methodologies and ability to work in an Agile environment.
Advantageous Skills
- SAP SD/MM: Knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution or Materials Management modules.
- Certification: SAP FICO certification.
- Industry Experience: Experience in specific industries (e.g., manufacturing, retail, financial services).
- Project Management: Basic project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in SAP FICO implementation and support projects.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Configure SAP FICO modules according to client needs and best practices.
- Perform data migration and integration activities.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO issues.
- Collaborate with functional teams to ensure alignment between business processes and SAP solutions.
- Document and maintain technical documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP FICO developments and best practices.
