We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative with a robust background in architecture or design to join our team based in Milnerton, Cape Town. The successful candidate will possess exceptional project management skills and a proven track record in sales within the architectural and design industry. This role demands an individual who can effectively drive sales, manage client relationships, and oversee project execution to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational objectives and targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, and other key industry stakeholders.
- Oversee project management from initial consultation through to successful completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations and deadlines.
- Present and promote the companys products and services to potential clients, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry developments and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals, effectively communicating the value proposition of our offerings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and maintain clear, ongoing communication with clients.
- Utilize personal transport to attend client meetings, site visits, and other relevant engagements as required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in sales, with a solid background in architecture or design.
- Proven project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of the architecture and design industry, including current trends and key market players.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and nurture client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.
- Possession of personal transport and a valid drivers license.
- Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
