Are you ready to shape the future of credit collection and risk management? We're searching for a seasoned Credit Analytics Specialist with over 5 years of experience in advanced analytics and a passion for delivering data-driven results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and refine the strategic direction of the collections function to drive business growth and improve performance.
- Develop and implement advanced models and strategies across the entire collections lifecycle.
- Analyze and address key risk factors by proposing actionable solutions based on comprehensive portfolio data.
- Design, track, and evaluate forecasting models and collections scorecards to optimize target achievement.
- Collaborate with the BI data team to ensure accurate data reporting and dashboard updates.
- Deliver real-time performance insights and strategic recommendations to consistently boost collections efficiency.
- Prepare and present performance reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to key stakeholders.
- Offer analytical support to multiple projects, using your expertise to drive decision-making.
- Boost portfolio profitability through the application of champion/challenger strategies and innovative solutions.
- Provide operational support to improve collections and recovery rates through data analytics.
- Design and implement a targeted campaign strategy to maximize resource efficiency.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing .
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Actuarial Science .
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in advanced analytics within credit risk management and/or collections.
- Strong expertise in SQL .
- Proficiency in R, Python, and leading statistical software such as Tableau and Power BI .
