Receptionist/ Switchboard Operator

**A vacancy exists for a Receptionist/Switchboard Operator (Grade B2) **(1-month contract)**

**Purpose**:

- Greet visitors at our Head Office and direct them to the appropriate individuals
- Operate the switchboard for all incoming calls
- Administrative tasks and data capturing

**Requirements**:

- Matric Certificate
- One-year reception/switchboard experience
- Computer literate
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent telephone skills and etiquette
- Speak and write in English. A second language (Afrikaans or Xhosa) would be advantageous.
- Call Centre experience is advantageous.
