Financial Administrator (Automotive) - East Rand
Automotive Finance Division in a dealership on the East Rand is looking for an administrative assistant

- Assist in the preparation and processing of financial documents, invoices, and payments.
- Support the finance team with daily reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Assist with the administration of vehicle finance contracts.
- Maintain accurate financial records and update databases.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding finance-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

- Must reside on the East Rand
- Previous experience in a finance or accounting role,





within the motor vehicle industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of motor vehicle finance processes is an advantage.
