We're seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Agent for one of South Africa's fastest growing insurance companies, based in Gauteng (Randburg)

To assess and report on the quality of the performance of COMPANY'S call centre agents.

intervention the Quality Assessor will identify areas of development and provide recommendations for improvement, as well as assisting the agents achieve their quality objectives.

- Perform call monitoring to assess call centre agents' demeanor, treating the customer fairly, customer service performance, compliance with the script, product knowledge, conformity company's policies and processes, and conformity to legal requirements.
- Rates the call centre agent performance in terms of the scorecard.






- Identifies areas for improvement and communicates these to the call centre agents and the team lead.
- Adhering to policies and processes.
- Understanding the company's culture and behaving in a manner that reflects the culture..

- Matric
- Minum 2yrs exp as a QA i a call centre eviroment
- Must be able to start immediately
- Onsite post

- Contract : 1 Month
- Salary: R11 000.00
- Location: Randburg
