Duties & ResponsibilitiesYOUR exceptional Customer Service and high attention to detail and accuracy is sought to fill the role of an Enterprise Administration by a dynamic Internet Service & Network Specialist. Your core role will be to attend to Back-office administration. You will also be involved in part requisition, Billing, creating purchase orders & quotes while ensuring Vendor requirements are met. Applicants must have Matric/Grade 12 with relevant work experience in Financial Administration and part requisition via Vendor warranty processes.DUTIES:Part requisition,
management and reporting and ensuring Vendor requirements are met.Asset management and requisition.Purchase order creation.Quote creation.Scheduling of Engineers.REQUIREMENTS:Matric / Grade 12 Essential.Experience in Financial Administration.Experience in part requisition via Vendor warranty processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.ATTRIBUTES:High attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work under pressure.Work in structured and organized fashion to achieve goals.Able to multitask and prioritise tasks.A great team player.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.Have a hunger to continually learn and upskill.While we would really like to respond to every application, should you not be contacted for this position within 10 working days please consider your application unsuccessful.
