HR Analyst PositionMy client in the logistics industry has a position available in the Potchefstroom area for an HR Analyst.Duties & ResponsibilitiesConduct internal consulting with other areas of the unitManage compensation practices (fixed and variable) and benefits packageProvide necessary conditions for maintaining the organizational climate of the unit at satisfactory levelsComply with legislation and maintain safe working conditions for the teamProcess information necessary to close the unit's payrollManage benefits and maintain relationships with providers of these servicesPerform related activities, meeting requests from superiorsRecruit, select, integrate, train, monitor, promote careers, carry out motivational actions,
