If this is you, please apply today!Responsibilities:Process cashbook and recons of all bank accountsProcess petty cash and recons of 3 branchesMonthly recons of balance sheet accountsQuarterly internal audit balance sheet, include recons of all accountsReceive stock on Evolution, ensure prices are correctPrepare month end reports, ensure debtors and creditors are completeReview expenses for accuracy throughout the monthPrepare and finalise management accounts for FM reviews and present during ExcoAssist with preparation for year-end auditManage expense control and expense analysisPrepare staff clockings time reports for month-end payrollAssist the Financial Manager with ad-hoc accounting and HR dutiesRequirements:Minimum of a completed BCom degree and SAIPA ArticlesMinimum of 2 years post commercial experienceHighly numerateExcellent communication skills, ideally read and write in both English and AfrikaansTeam player, positive and respectful attitudePlease note that if you have not heard from us within 2 weeks of your application, please consider it as unsuccessful for this particular role.
