Apply today by sending your CV to ******:Oversee and manage the budgeting and forecasting processes within the Short Term Insurance context, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational objectives.Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and business planning.Implement and maintain robust internal financial controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Prepare board packs and facilitate presentations for senior management forums, providing insightful financial analysis and recommendations.Drive the management reporting process, delivering timely and accurate financial information to key stakeholders.Lead the Annual Financial Statements process,





coordinating with internal teams and external auditors to ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory guidelines.Engage and manage relationships with internal and external audit stakeholders, facilitating audits and addressing findings promptly.Utilize strong project management skills to oversee and execute finance-related projects, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with organizational goals.Job Experience & Skills Required:Qualifications:Matric (Grade 12)BCom AccountingCTACA(SA)Experience:15+ years of progressive experience in senior finance roles within the Insurance industry.In-depth knowledge and expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, internal controls, board pack preparation, management reporting, annual financial statements, audit management,
