We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Vehicle Licensing & NaTIS Administrator to join our team. If you have a passion for ensuring fleet compliance, experience with the NaTIS system, and a strong background in administrative duties within the automotive or fleet management industry, this role is for you. You will play a key role in managing vehicle licensing, registration, and compliance while ensuring smooth operations in fleet support and documentation handling.
- Vehicle Licensing & Registration: Manage the licensing, registration, and roadworthy certification of fleet vehicles through the NaTIS system.
- Compliance Management: Ensure fleet vehicles adhere to all traffic and licensing laws, managing related fines or violations.
- Documentation Handling: Maintain accurate records of licensing and registration documentation, including certificates, permits, and compliance records.
- Renewals & Updates: Track and manage vehicle license renewals to ensure all registrations are up to date.
- NaTIS Administration: Process vehicle registrations, de-registrations, and amendments on the NaTIS system following the correct documentation and procedures.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on the status of vehicle licensing, registrations, and any outstanding fines or non-compliance issues.
- Customer and Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies for smooth processing of vehicle licenses and traffic-related matters.
- Fleet Support: Assist the fleet management team with additional administrative tasks related to vehicle management and compliance.
- Matric / Grade 12
- NaTIS Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience with the NaTIS system.
- Traffic and Licensing Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of traffic legislation and licensing procedures.
- Administrative Experience: 2-3 years in an administrative role, preferably within the fleet management or automotive industry.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in handling documentation and regulatory compliance.
