IntroductionAn opportunity to work for a leader in ICT space with a strong heritage, proven technology, and one of the broadest portfolios in the industry!In this role, you will be tasked with providing effective and efficient administrative and coordination support to the Commercial Team.Duties & ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Supporting commercial manager with commercial tenders/bidsMaintaining contract libraryCapturing details of all contracts onto libraryTracking all contracts ensuring fully executed contracts are filled correctly in the libraryManaging and responding to queries from internal and external customersPerforming backup services as required by the Commercial & Billing teamEnsuring contracts are in place and signed, and compliance documents are correctDesired Experience & QualificationThe ideal candidate will meet the following Minimum requirements:Matric (with Accounting as a subject)A Bachelors Degree (or National Diploma) – in Law or Business Management is essentialAt least 3 – 5 years' experience in telecommunications (non-negotiable)Understanding of contractual, business agreements, and foreign currency conversionsIdeally, you will have good knowledge of and exposure to sales and billing within the ICT spaceMS Office Management SkillsGood oral and written communication skillsInterested?If you are up for the challenge and would like to know more please apply.Location: Johannesburg North, GautengDuration: 6 months (to Perm)
