The Product Manager is responsible for the overall success of a product or product line throughout its lifecycle. This role involves defining product vision, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet customer needs and drive business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals and market needs.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation.
- Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain a product roadmap,
prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business objectives.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
- User Experience: Advocate for the end-user, ensuring that products are user-friendly and meet customer expectations.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to inform future product improvements and iterations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Product Launch: Plan and execute product launches, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
- Product service knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Understanding of industry payments landscape (Inter-bank and regulatory)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in inter-bank clearing and settlement processes.
- The incumbent requires a good understanding of cross-border clearing and settlement
- processes, regulations, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in related product management disciplines.
