This Capital Advisory firm, that specializes in infrastructure advisory, is looking for a Junior Equity Analyst to join their team. The firm provides a range of services from capital and debt raising, to M&A; and financial modelling.
As an Equity Analyst, you will be part of the full M&A; process life cycle and infrastructure transactions. You will have the opportunity to be part of a team that grows the business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform sector research and analysis.
- Draft information memorandums.
- Support the preparation of key data for valuations.
- Assist in creating presentations.
- Develop and compile financial models.
- Attend meetings as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
- BCom Finance or Accounting
- 1-2 years of experience in an infrastructure or M&A; advisory role
- Relevant experience in analyzing client financial statements, calculating financial ratios, and building financial models
- Experience in preparing client documentation, presentation books, management presentations, board materials.
- An understanding of legislation, regulations, and industry codes of practice.
