Ons kliënt is op soek na 'n energieke en entoesiastiese Finansiële en Bestuursrekenmeester om hul finansiële span te versterk.





Hierdie rol behels verantwoordelikheid vir alle aspekte van finansiële en bestuursrekeningkunde in die maatskappy, insluitend die ontleding, beheer en verbetering van prosesse, winsgewendheid en ander finansiële aspekte wat verband hou met hul verskeie handelsmerke.

Sleutelverantwoordelikhede:

- Bestuur van algehele finansiële rekeningkunde, insluitend transaksie- en joernaalverwerking, en administrasie van betalings.
- Verseker die finansiële sukses van die maatskappy deur proaktiewe betrokkenheid by kontantvloeibestuur en voorspellings.
- Bied ondersteuning aan die Finansiële Bestuurder en werk saam met die uitvoerende hoof op verskeie projekte.
- Lei besigheidsvergaderings en neem deel aan Kaizen, Lean, en Teorie van Beperkings (TOC) projekte.
- Koördineer die begroting- en voorspellingsprosesse en monitor uitgawes teen die begroting.
- Berei prestasieverslae voor en ontleed finansiële data om strategiese insigte te bied.

Vereiste Kwalifikasies en Ervaring:

- BCOMM Rekeningkunde,





Bestuursrekeningkunde of 'n verwante kwalifikasie.
- Lidmaatskap by 'n professionele liggaam (SAIPA, AGA(SA), CIMA, ens.).
- 5+ jaar ervaring in rekeningkunde, met 2+ jaar in bestuursrekeningkunde.
- Vaardigheid in Pastel Evolution sagteware en gevorderde Excel-vaardighede.
- Sterk kennis van IFRS vir KMO's en die vermoë om effektief met mense saam te werk.

a leading company in the healthcare industry, specializes in the manufacturing, marketing, and sale of “Natural and Complementary Medicine” products. The company operates as a registered pharmaceutical entity, based in Waltloo, Pretoria, and is renowned for its trusted brands across the country.

Location: Waltloo, Pretoria
Salary: R35 000 – R45 000 (cost to company, depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with the possibility of remote and on-site work hours.

Job Description:

Our client is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Financial and Management Accountant to strengthen their financial team. This role involves responsibility for all aspects of financial and management accounting within the company,





including the analysis, control, and improvement of processes, profitability, and other financial aspects related to their various brands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall financial accounting, including transaction and journal processing, and payment administration.
- Ensure the financial success of the company through proactive involvement in cash flow management and forecasting.
- Provide support to the Financial Manager and work alongside the CEO on various projects.
- Lead business meetings and participate in Kaizen, Lean, and Theory of Constraints (TOC) projects.
- Coordinate the budgeting and forecasting processes and monitor expenses against the budget.
- Prepare performance reports and analyze financial data to provide strategic insights.







Required Qualifications and Experience:

- BCOMM in Accounting, Management Accounting, or a related qualification.
- Membership in a professional body (SAIPA, AGA(SA), CIMA, etc.).
- 5+ years of accounting experience, with 2+ years in management accounting.
- Proficiency in Pastel Evolution software and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS for SMEs and the ability to work effectively with people.
