We’re looking for two passionate Business Development Executives to join the Hospitality and Health divisions. If you're a dynamic go-getter with a knack for sales and strategy, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do:
Actively hunt for new business opportunities and engage with potential clients.
Manage the entire sales process – from cold calling to winning bids and tenders.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure sales strategies are aligned with divisional goals.
Achieve and exceed sales targets while crafting high-quality proposals and tender responses.
Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within your market.
Provide insightful weekly and monthly reports on your sales and marketing activities.
What You’ll Need:
A Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing.
At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced sales environment. ideally in cleaning, hygiene, or service-related industries.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
Proven ability to hit the ground running and deliver results.
