Our client in the Automotive Industry in Silverton is looking for an Industrial Engineering Manager to join them. Must be from the Automotive Industry Minimum requirements:
- 7 - 10 Years experience in the Automotive Industry
- BEng / BTech Industrial, Mechanical Engineering / Operations
- BEng / BTech Management / Project Management
- Review, manage and drive Layout setup and optimization
- Lean initiatives setup (Waste Removal, JIT, Kaizen, Kanban, SMED)
- Review, manage and drive World Class Production Systems Integration
- Operations Staff training
- Drive / improve Work Instruction verification procedures
- Headcount / Manning planning
- Review, manage and drive Process Improvements
- Review,
manage and drive Cost Reduction Projects
- Experience seeing Kaizen projects through the full life cycle
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget and timeline
