Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with technical support and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Maintain and update IT documentation
- Provide support to the IT team on various projects and tasks
- Learn and assist with network administration and IT security
- Participate in training and development to grow your IT skills
Desired Experience & Qualification
- South African citizens (only South African applicants will be considered)
- Unemployed and looking for your first opportunity to gain work experience
- Matric certificate with an average of 60% or above
- Relevant Tertiary qualification is beneficial.
- Strong interest in Information Technology and eagerness to learn
- Basic understanding of computer systems and networks
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently and in a team
