Introduction

Revenue Manager to oversee and optimize revenue across our diverse portfolio of properties.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue management strategies that enhance profitability and drive performance across multiple locations.

You analyse market trends, manage pricing strategy and collaborate with various teams to ensure the sucessfull execution of revenue initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities

Revenue Strategy

- Analyze market trends , competitor pricing and demand to develop revenue-enhancing strategies.
- Set and adjust room rates, packages, and promotions to optimized revenue.
- Monitor and adjust hotel inventory to ensure optimal availability.

Data Analysis

- Review daily,





weekly, and monthly reports on occupancy, revenue, and average daily rate (ADR).
- Conduct market segmetation analysis to identify opportunities.
- Use revenue management tools and software.

Distribution Channel Management

- Management of online travel agencies (OTAs), global distribution systems (GDS), and direct booking channels.
- Optimized room allocation and rate parity across channels.

Forecasting and Budgeting

- Prepare revenue forecasts and budgets.
- Monitor actual performance against projections.

Collaboration

- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Front Office teams.
- Communicate revenue strategies and changes to relevant departments.

Other Responsibilities

- Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
- Develop and implement revenue-enhancing inititatives.
- Participate in hotel performance review meetings.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Desired Experience & Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Business, or related field.






- 2 + years of revenue management experience in the hotel industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillls.
- Proficiency in revenue management software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
