Job Function :
The Sales Manager is responsible for spearheading our sales growth initiatives and developing strategic marketing plans to expand our customer base. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, as you'll be building and leading sales efforts from the ground up. You'll be directly involved in prospecting, closing deals, and implementing marketing strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Prospect, nurture,
and close new business opportunities to drive company growth
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to generate quality leads
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry partners
- Develop sales forecasts and reports for senior management
- Implement and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with Operations teams to ensure alignment between sales objectives and operations development
- Manage and grow the sales and marketing team as the company expands
- Conduct market and competitor analysis
Desired Experience :
- Proven experience in Temporary Employment Services (TES)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive sales and marketing experience, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Excellent Sales Track Record in the Temporary Employment Services (TES)
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies to penetrate new markets
- Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems
- Experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams
- Outstanding leadership and team-building capabilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and problem-solving
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Familiarity with industry-specific technologies and trends
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing
