Esteemed multidisciplinary engineering consultancy has a vacancy for a Geometric Design Engineer within the Transportation Infrastructure Department in the Cape Town or Johannesburg office.
Key Requirements:
- Must have a B.Eng/B.Sc Eng in Civil Engineering
- B.Sc (Hons) will be advantageous
- HDM4 experience will be advantageous
- Pr.Eng registered
- 5+ years post graduate experience in the industry
- Passion for the transportation industry
- Willing to relocate to Cape Town
- Have experience with the following Computer Software Programs:
- AutoCAD, Civil 3D
- MS Office Suite
Key Responsibilities:
- Form part of an existing Geometric Design office focusing on large International and National Road Projects
- Compilation of Concept Design and Route Planning reports
- Compilation of Feasibility Reports, Design Reports and Tender adjudication reports
- Compilation of tender documentation and specifications
