My client based in Bellville (Northern Suburbs) is currently looking for a Senior Project Manager /Program Manager to join them on a fixed term contract (6 months) / hybrid

Responsibilities
- Managing a program of activities / products aligning with the organizations' strategic objectives
- Monitor Program items progress and raise impediments impacting on delivery
- Enable Program oversight
- Governance definition and support
- Govern stage gates as per delivery framework
- Monitor and ensure quality of project execution
- Facilitate benefit case definition and review
- Enable benefit tracking
- Identify Program Risks
- Enhance and maintain the project risk management framework
- Risk appetite and tolerance framework
- Define and track key risk indicators
- Define Project Management and Project Co-ordination resource demand and supply
- Monitor and balance capacity and allocation
- Contract management
- Team leadership and management
- Facilitate Project Management and Project Co-ordination community of practice
Experience
- 10 + Years of experience in a Project Delivery Environment
- 4 - 8 Years' experience as a Senior Project Manager
- 1 - 3 years' experience in the role of Program Manager
