ORTrade Qualification such as Millwright / Electrician / Fitter with relevant experienceSkills7-10 years' experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a steel fabrication or related industry.Proven experience in managing a team of maintenance professionals (multi-skilled).Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and tools, such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).In-depth understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and fabrication machinery.Experience with equipment such as CNC machines, welding equipment, furnaces, cranes, and hoists used in steel fabrication.
