Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner

- Answer phones and schedule appointments

- Provide clients with information about services and products offered

- Process payments and maintain accurate records

- Keep the reception area clean and organised

- Communicate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

- Excellent customer service skills

- Spa/Hospitality Diploma/ Relevant

- Experience in the position of Spa Receptionist/Spa Therapist







- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritised tasks effectively

- Detail-oriented and organised

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and booking software & Opera
