Position: Electrical Engineering Project Leader

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: ?
- Degree and Registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer or an Engineering Technician/Technologist.
KEY AREAS OF COMPETENCE REQUIRED:
- Knowledge of CIDB, PROCSA, Fee Scales, consultants appointments.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Minimum 3 years post registration experience.
TASK DESCRIPTION:
- Managing the projects allocated, Drafting and reviewing of projects and programmes.
- Liaising with relevant Department, meeting the deadlines, drive programme and cashflow for the Management Programme.
- Reviewing and controlling the work of Structural or Civil Engineers on Projects
- Managing consultants and contractors appointments and performance.
- Management of Contracts, including JBCC and NEC.
- Professional reviews on Reports.
