SALES REPRESENTATIVE - Skin Care & Body Care

DURBAN, KWA ZULU NATAL - South Africa

START: ASAP / 01 November 2024

REPORT TO: National Sales Manager

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

- Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00

REMUNERATION & COMPANY BENEFITS:

- R14,000 Basic Salary per month
- Commission & Performance Incentives
- Petrol Card - business use only
- Cellphone - business only
- Monthly product allowance
- Vehicle maintenance allowance
- COST TO COMPANY TOTAL: R18,700 Gross per month (excluding commission & incentives)

REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE:

1. Based in central KZN (Durban & surrounds ideally)
2. Applicable Diploma in Skin Care OR Cosmetology OR Somatology OR Dermal Aesthetics
3.





CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC / SAAHSP / City & Guilds etc.
4. Cruise Ship experience - highly beneficial
5. Sales driven - this is an active portfolio and the onus is on you to generate the sales and maintain the clients
6. Business savvy with confidence working on sales apps & computer
7. Own car with insurance and valid driver license is required as you will be traveling
8. Ability to work remote
9. Able to travel to other provinces when operationally required (at company's expense)
10. KPI driven

DUTIES:

1. Maintain existing portfolio - we have an established account which will be managed and grown
2. Follow up on all leads received from H/O
3. Offer training and support where required
4. Cold calling
5. Scheduling visits in advance
6. Brand education
7. Attend regular strategy meetings with the national team
8. Prospecting
