Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead IT projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Provide regular updates to management on project status and accomplishments.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in project management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in IT or technology-focused projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a knack for motivating teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges effectively.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus!
