**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Agent for our client located in Durban.
The Sales Agent will be responsible for generating leads, managing client accounts, providing excellent customer service, and closing sales.
The Sales Agent will also be responsible for promoting and selling products, and providing training to clients on the various products and services offered by our company.
**Qualifications**
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience in Customer Service and Sales
- Knowledge of Insurance products and services
- Experience in training clients on the features and benefits of products and services
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Certificate in Marketing,
Business Administration, or related field ( preferred but not required)
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: R4 000,00 - R5 000,00 per month
**Experience**:
- Outbound calling: 1 year (preferred)
