Human Resources Business Partner Parow Cape Town
Our technology / software SaaS client in Parow Cape Town is looking for a Human Resource Business Partner who will work with senior management and people managers of respective business units to provide support to drive HR strategies.
You will focus on Learning & Development, Organizational Development, HT Information systems and Remuneration Benefits and Industrial Relations IR
Salary : Market Related CTC (Include Medical aid and Provident fund) Hybrid role. 3 days office and 2 days home
Min Requirements
Honours Degree in Human Resources
3-5 years experience in a similar role preferably from a tech, technology, IT or Software sector
Key Responsibilities :
HR Business Partnering - Talent Management / Workforce Planning / Top Talent Management / Onboarding / Industrial Relations / Policies : Contributes to the design and Implementation of HR policies and procedures / Succession Planning / Performance Management
Learning And Development
Organizational Development - Recognition Awards Reinvigorate / Exit Interviews /
Wellness : Support the rollout of Wellness Activities
HR Information Systems - Employee Data : Accountable for employee data / Org Charts & JDs : Review and regularly update org charts
Remuneration And Benefits :
Support the rollout of the Increase management process etc. / Payroll / Job Grading / Benefits : Manage the full coordination of Medical Aid and Provident fund.
