We are seeking a skilled Millwright with 5 years of experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems in a production environment to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
- Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance on production equipment.
- Install new machinery and assist with commissioning and start-up procedures.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize processes.






- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in training junior maintenance staff as needed.
- Fault finding on electronic controls: i.e., VFD's, HMI's, PLC's
- Improve bottling line efficiency through changes to automated controls
- Utilize technical skills in troubleshooting, adjusting, and repairing packaging machinery that demonstrates.

Qualifications:

- Trade qualification as a Millwright or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Familiarity with PLCs and automation systems is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
