We are looking for a highly motivated Frontline IT Support Technician to provide first-level support to our users.
The ideal candidate will need to have strong passion for technology, exceptional problem solving skills and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
The candidate will be the first point of contact for technical support, responsible for diagnosing and resolving a variety of IT related issues and escalating more complex problems to higher level support.
* First-line support - Act as the initial point of contact for users via phone, email or ticketing systems, providing prompt assistance for IT related inquiries
* Issue resolving - Troubeshoot and resolve basic hardware, software and network issues,
including password resets, printer problems, software installation and user account management
* Escalation - Identify and escalate unresolved or more complex issues to the appropriate second-line or back-line support team
* Ticket management - Log, track and prioritize incoming suupport tickets to ensure timely resolution according to predefined SLA's
* User onboarding - Assist in setting up new user accounts, configuring systems and providing orientation on IT resources and tools
* System monitoring - Perform routine system checks and monitoring to identify potential issues and address them proactively
* Software and Hardware installation - Assist with the installation, configuration and updating of software and hardware as required
* Customer Service - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing courteous, friendly and timely responses to user inquiries
* Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, including Windows/Mac operating systems, Office 365, email systems, networking (Wifi,
LAN), and remote access tools
* Familiarity with common troubleshooting techniques for hardware (PCs, printers, peripherals) and software issues
* Experience with IT ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk)
* 1+ years of experience in an IT support or help desk role is preferred
* CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified professional (MCP), or equivalent certifications
* ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage
* Mobile devise management tools
* Experience with remote support tools like Teamviewer, Any Desk or Microsoft Remote desktop
