This individual should be able to comprehend complex concepts swiftly, navigate intricate financial landscapes, and provide valuable insights that inform strategic decision-making processes.Duties & Responsibilities:Prepare and submit various monthly management reports, forecasts, and annual budgets.Provide effective and value-added in-depth support.Ensure reporting aligns with International Financial Reporting Standards and group policies.Financial reporting in their area of function.Liaise with relevant parties regarding results and variance analysis.Implement improvements to reporting processes and enhance efficiency.Produce board packs, monthly management accounts, and reports.Respond to group and management queries.Assist with year-end processes and auditor queries.Produce budgets and rolling forecasts.Job Experience & Skills Required:Qualifications:MatricBCom AccountingBCom Accounting HonoursCA(SA)Experience:3 years completed SAICA articles.Experience in manufacturing, media, or entertainment industry.Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge.Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Syspro knowledge (advantageous).Skills & Competencies:High intellect with exceptional financial analysis and data interpretation skills.Strong technical accounting skills.Well-organised administration and process discipline.Knowledge of internal controls.Trained in Finance best practices.Commercially minded with a grasp of business economics and strategy.Energetic and proactive with the ability to multi-task and manage tight deadlines.Attention to detail and strong communication skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity.Ability to work in a matrix structure.Independent-minded with a collaborative disposition.If you have not received a response within two weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful.
