Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound leads, conduct vehicle presentations, and provide personalized recommendations to meet customer needs.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to the final sale, including negotiations and closing.
- Stay knowledgeable about automotive trends and market conditions to deliver insightful advice to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance strategies and reach ambitious sales goals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent follow-up and post-sale support.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a sales role, ideally within the automotive industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and close sales effectively.
- High customer service orientation and a passion for exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with digital sales tools and CRM systems is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license.
