Our client, a financial long and short term insurance provider is looking for Sales Consultants (OUTBOUND) and (INBOUND) to be based at their Durban office.
Conduct outbound policy sales. Initiate the customer relationship and meet various KPIs.
Connect with the customer, conduct needs analysis and propose customer solutions.
Consultant requires a solid knowledge of products and market, their characteristics include a focus on growth of the brand.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric / Grade 12 (Essential)
- Regulatory Exam 5, dependent on DOFA date (Essential)
- Full 150 STI credits, dependent on DOFA date (Essential)
- Degree and/or diploma in business/marketing (Advantageous)
- 1 or more years telephonic sales experience in a call centre
- Experience in Financial Services Industry / Insurance Industry
- Experience in cold calling
- Experience with Avaya telephone system
- Dofa dates to be provided with application
- Type of products the candidates sold before or currently
- Sales Targets (average commission from previous roles to be provided)
