Night Shift Position

R 25 000 PM + SHIFT ALLOWANCE (Highly Negotiable)

An automotive component manufacturing company in Pretoria East has a position available for a Warehouse Manager. Permanent Night Shift Position

Qualifications and Experience

- Grade 12 & Diploma in Logistics preferable
- 5 years' experience in warehouse environment in the automotive component industry ESSENTIAL
- Experience in Automotive Supply Chain Management essential
- Supervisory experience in logistics
- Sound Computer skills – Syspro and Excel Essential
- Stable work record essential
- Willing to work permanent night shift 18:00 to 06:00, Monday to Friday






- Own vehicle and Valid Fork lift license

Duties

- Oversee the entire process of receiving, storing and dispatching products.
- Managing people, processes, and resources
- Plan, coordinate and monitor the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods / materials
- Manage Stock Control and reconcile with ERP system
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and standard operating procedures
- Oversee the dispatch process - order picked, packed and shipped
- Monitor vehicle tracking and maintenance
- Optimise delivery and truck turn around times
- Identify and implement continuous improvement of processes and procedures
- Manage Trenstar bin availability and levels
- Pull and analyse weekly customer releases (FORD, NSA)
- Compiled weekly internal customer reports (FORD, NSA), customer demand vs stock on hand vs stock in transit and reviewed risk.
- Highlighte any risk, with daily review and followed up until resolved.






- Ensure the required stock was in line with guidelines set by management for each customer on a weekly basis and direct liaison with suppliers in this regard.
- Controlled and recorded daily material / component issues.
- Review daily cycle counts, actual stock vs system.

VALID DRIVERS LICENSE & VALID FORK LIFT LICENSE
