Successful Logistics Company based in Cape Town CBD is looking for a Exports coordinator clerk for their export division. 6 months contract role.

Responsibilities
Gathering and capturing of export related data on the internal software system
Processing and submitting export documentations Tracking of shipments and shipping documentation
All administrative duties related to the shipment Attending to and resolving documentation related queries Liasing with transporters and third parties
Filing paperwork
Meeting strict and changing deadlines






All administrative tasks within the scope of the export logistics function within the company Weekend/after hours work(from home)

Skills required:
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive, hands-on and the ability to use initiative
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced MS Excel skills required including spreadsheets)
Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and with constantly changing deadlines
Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively Ability to follow instructions
Teamwork required
Positive attitude and professionalism in the work environment
